FTP Information:

If you wish to send material to us via FTP, here is how you go about it.

Step 1:  Contact us so we can give you the registration info, ID and password necessary to access the FTP area.  You can click on this link to be taken to our newest FTP location for log-in.

Step 2:  The preferred method is to use a FTP client/program such as WS_FTP LE etc....If you do not have this program you can download a copy for purchase or evaluation from this link:

(the most commonly used FTP program for MAC users is a program called, Fetch.  It uses the same basic functions as the WS_FTP program... just some of the terminology is different.  The Fetch website has very good documentation on using the program and is available from the link above.)

(note: there are many other FTP programs available, you can do a search from "Google" etc... and find others)

After you download and install the FTP program it is quite easy to use. You simply open this program and FTP your files up to our FTP server. 

Step 3:  If you use Internet Explorer, you can go to our FTP area by clicking on this link:  ftp.docresources.com

When the page loads, click OK and then go to File > Login As... to enter your username and password to access your FTP area.
